Media Coordinator (Part time) - Fort Lauderdale, FL

PART-TIME (approximate 25 hrs per week) career opportunity for an experienced Media Coordinator (sales support professional) to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL team. Qualified candidate will possess the ability to provide proactive administrative support to our media sales consultant team on digital marketing and print media campaigns. Programs include brochure distribution, web and mobile internet advertising, interactive digital out-of-home, email marketing, and social media.

Successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; to organize and handle multiple assignments/accounts; possess above average verbal/ written communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize, trouble shoot and problem solve. Individual must be proactive in following through with deadlines and be a highly motivated self-starter. Position requires proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Social media savvy (Twitter, Facebook) and experience a plus.

Ideal applicants may have travel & tourism, or advertising experience. If you’ve worked in digital media and/or publishing before, this is a perfect fit! Knowledge of south Florida tourism and visitor market a plus!
