The St. Louis metropolitan area exceeds 22.3 million visitors per year who bring in $4.07 billion into the local economy annually. This area is the 18th largest metropolitan area in the USA covering over 6,000 square miles in both Missouri and Illinois.  

St. Louis visitors enjoy a wide variety of things to do that include the Gateway Arch, the St. Louis Zoo, Grant's Farm, Science Center, Missouri Botanical Gardens and two unique children's attractions the City Museum and the Magic House. St. Louis also has five area casinos and is home of the perennial favorites, the St. Louis Cardinals.
